Online Returns and Exchange Policy

We are happy to offer a refund on Online Purchases within 14 days or an exchange within 28 days if merchandise is returned, as sold, in original packaging & unused and accompanied by the original receipt (invoice). All refunds will be issued in accordance with the original method of payment. Gift vouchers are non-refundable. For safety and hygiene reasons, our exchange/refund policy does not extend to a small number of products, such as earrings.

If you wish to return your website purchase, you may do so to any of the stores directly once accompanied with an invoice as proof of purchase. Please note when returning website purchases in-store, ensure it is the invoice you have and not the Packaging slip as proof of purchase. Unfortunately, we cannot issue refunds to your PayPal account for items returned to a store purchased using a PayPal account. However, items purchased via Paypal can be exchanged in-store for another item.

Goods that are for refund or exchange can also be returned via the website by contacting us at Please note that it is your responsibility to pay for and organise return postage, postage costs are non refundable. We cannot accept responsibility for returned items that are lost in the post. Your statutory rights are not affected. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email that we have received your returned item and will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed. All refunds will be issued in accordance with the original method of payment.

Exceptions are made for faulty goods: Any breakages or damages to items purchased online must be reported to us within 24 hours of delivery. If a product is damaged in any way please send us proof of the damage with photos to where a member of our team will help you.
