National Deliveries, Ireland & Northern Ireland (UK) ONLY, are made by Fastway Couriers during normal business hours, with a delivery schedule dependent on the time of year, destination selected and product availability but Usually within 5-7 business days.
General Shipping Information:
- Shipping Confirmation: You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been shipped.
- Shipping Fees: Fees vary based on the size, weight of the order, and delivery location. These fees will be displayed during checkout.
- Delivery Issues: If you encounter any issues, such as delays or missing packages, please contact our customer service team at online@homefrontgiftware.ie. We are here to assist you promptly.
Please Note:
- Our estimated shipping times do not include a 24-48 hour processing time.
- Business days do not include weekends or public holidays.
- Delivery times may be affected by external factors, such as restock delays or extreme weather conditions.
**Please allow for delays during busier times when placing your order, we will endeavour to have your delivery with you as quickly as we can but can not guarantee our usual 5-7 working days during these times. We apologise in advance for any delays incurred.
**We do not offer an International Delivery Service.
Delivery charges are calculated at checkout depending on the weight of the product. You can track your order using the tracking number supplied with your fulfilment email (please check your spam/junk folder if you haven’t received your email).
Orders for delivery to P.O. boxes are not accepted. All deliveries must be signed for by a person of 18 years of age or older at the chosen delivery address, at which time the products become your sole responsibility.
Please note that the order recipient may need to be contacted by Fastway Couriers to facilitate delivery.
The goods will be delivered within 30 days unless agreed otherwise between us. If delivery is delayed for more than 30 days, you should contact us and we can agree a later date for delivery. If we do not deliver the goods within the extended agreed time period you have the right to terminate the contract. In these circumstances, we will refund any money paid by you for those products and any delivery monies you have been charged. However, we will not be responsible for any other losses, costs, damages or charges that you may suffer if we delay in supplying or do not supply those products.
