Online Returns and Exchange Policy:
We are happy to offer a refund within 14 days or an exchange within 28 days if merchandise is returned, as sold, in original packaging & unused ,accompanied with the original receipt. All refunds will be issued in accordance with the original method of payment. Gift vouchers are non-refundable. Please note Gift Vouchers are only redeemable in-store. For safety and hygiene reasons, our exchange/refund policy does not extend to a small number of products, such as earrings.
If you wish to return your website purchase you may do so to any of the stores directly once accompanied with invoice as proof of purchase. Please note when returning website purchases in-store, ensure it is the invoice you have and not the Packaging slip as proof of purchase. Unfortunately, we cannot issue refunds to your PayPal account for items returned to a store purchased using a PayPal account. However, items purchased via Paypal can be exchanged in-store for another item.
Goods that are for refund or exchange can also be returned via the website by contacting us at email@example.com. Please note that it is your responsibility to pay and organise for the return postage , no postage costs are refundable. We cannot accept responsibility for returned items that are lost in the post. Your statutory rights are not affected. Once your return is received and inspected we will notify you by email that we have received your returned item and will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed . All refunds will be issued in accordance with the original method of payment.
Exceptions are made for faulty goods: Any breakages or damages to items purchased online must be reported to us within 24 hours of delivery. If a product is damaged in any way please send us proof of the damage with photos to firstname.lastname@example.org where a member of our team will help you.

We accept all major credit and debit cards.
We also accept Paypal, a secure and easy method to pay for your goods. If you use this method of payment, your Paypal account with be debited upon placing your order with us. Please note we do not accept Paypal Cheque payments.
